Imperial woman injured in crash on Route CC

(Festus) An Imperial woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident on northbound Route CC south of South Buck Creek Road Wednesday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 42-year-old Tashia Cole, driving a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer, began steering to the left then overcorrected to the right and overturned, and traveled off the right side of the roadway. Cole was taken by private conveyance to Mercy Hospital Jefferson with moderate injuries. The accident took place around 2:15 Wednesday afternoon.
