Is Third Time the Charm for Representative McGirl’s Random Acts of Kindness Bill?

(Potosi) State Representative Mike McGirl of Potosi hopes the third time is the charm for a bill of his which didn’t quite make it through the process the past two legislative sessions to become law.

This was the first week of the 2021 Missouri legislative session.

We asked McGirl if he will re-introduce his Random Acts of Kindness bill again.

Random Acts of Kindness Day is officially observed in Washington County every August 31st after the county commission passed a resolution for it five years ago.
