Longtime Basketball Referee Rick Bowen Announces Retirement

A familiar face to high school and college basketball fans, players and coaches is in his final year on the courts. Rick Bowen is retiring after 32 years of officiating and says the game has changed over the years.

Bowen is headed south after the season.
