MAC MEN BEAT FAITH PREP 111-70

The Mineral Area College men’s basketball team started the new year with a win, 111-70 over Faith Prep. The Cardinals stretched the lead to as many as 40 points in the first half, going up 53-13…..
The second half was more of the same with Mac putting seven players in double figures and leading at one point by 43. The Cardinals were led by Angelo Stuart and Terrion Murdix with 17 apiece, but coach Luke Strege has been impressed by the development of his New Zealander, Jake Mckinlay….
The 7th ranked cCardinals are now 17-0. They being region 16 play against rival Three Rivers at home Saturday. We’ll start the women’s pregame show at 4:45 on regional radio.
