MAC Men Left Out of NJCAA Tournament

(Park Hills, Mo.) The Mineral Area College men’s basketball team was hopeful their name would be announced Monday during the unveiling of the NJCAA tournament field.

However, the Cardinals did not make the 24 team bracket and their season comes to an end at 30-2.

MAC lost to only one team this year as they went 1-2 against the Moberly Greyhounds.

MAC split the regular season Region 16 title with Moberly, but fell to them in the postseason tournament.

The Cardinals were ranked as high as #3 this year and finished the regular season at #13.
