MAC So. Holly Forbes Earns First Team AA in Hoops

(Park Hills) North County graduate and Mineral Area College sophomore Holly Forbes has been named a first team All-America by the NJCAA. Forbes earned honorable mention All-America Status as a freshman and was the Region 16 player of the year this year. Holly led MAC to a 21-8 season and a regular season second place finish. She led MAC in most statistical categories averaging 16.5 points per game, was 24th in the country with 10.4 rebounds and shot over 58%, which put her in the top 18 in the country. Her top performances included 32 points and 18 rebounds.
