Madison County Car Accident Sends One To Hospital

(Madison County) A 50-year-old male from Fredericktown sustained serious injuries after a car accident in Madison County Tuesday night. According to highway patrol, Eric Francis was eastbound on County Road 504, two miles west of Fredericktown, in his 2011 Chevy Silverado when he traveled off the road and struck some trees. Francis was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. His car was totaled.
