Madison County Chamber of Commerce Events Coming Up

(Fredericktown) A couple meetings and/or social events are coming up soon hosted by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce.

Tessa Rehkop is the executive director of the chamber.

She says the first one is next week at Azalea Park in Fredericktown from 4 until 7 p.m.

The luncheon on Thursday, August 3rd will get underway at 11:30 that morning.

The chamber has also scheduled a big event for Saturday, August 19th on the courthouse square in Fredericktown.

It’s a downtown fundraising event called “A Historic Day at the Square”.

It starts at 4 that afternoon and features live music with The Punches, a fireworks display that night, along with good barbecue, cold beer, contests, a greased pig race, a quilt walk, square dancing and a whole lot more.
