(Washington D.C.) The U.S. saw a employment boom in the month of July – a promising sign for the economy.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 528,000 jobs were added last month, with an unemployment rate of 3.5%.
Wage growth also ticked up by half a percentage point.
It more than doubles the Wall Street projection of 258,000 jobs.
