Mineral Point Teen Injured in Washington County Car Accident

(Washington Co.) A car accident in Washington County left one injured on Wednesday. The wreck took place on State Route 21 near Woodhaven Road. According to police reports, 18-year-old Isaac Parrish of Mineral Point was driving a Kawasaki Ninja when he rear ended the Ford Explorer of 39-year-old Sarah Yates. Yates’ vehicle had minor damage and was driven away from the scene. The crash totaled Parrish’s vehicle, and he suffered moderate injuries in the crash. Parrish was transported to Washington County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
