Missouri Refunded for Recalled Masks

(Jefferson City) Last week Sandy Karsten, Director of Public Safety, announced that State Emergency Management Agency recalled 48,000 KN-95 masks.

She updated everyone on that issue yesterday.

Karsten says the deal just needed better communication.

The masks passed filtration tests, but did not meet a certain need.

All three vendors have refunded Missouri’s money.
