Missouri State Parks looking at grant to preserve historic Dent County courthouse

Missouri State Parks wants to know what residents of Salem think about continuing to uphold the history of the Dent County Courthouse.
Allison Archambo is the preservation planner for Missouri State Parks.
She says they are trying to get rules in place for funding the preservation of historic courthouses.
Missouri State Parks will be holding an informational meeting about the grant program Thursday.
Archambo says it’s about gauging the public’s interest and concerns.
The meeting hosted by Missouri State Parks will begin Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at the Salem Community Center on Rolla Road.
