New Museum & Learning Center in Ste. Genevieve to Open This Summer

(Ste. Genevieve) Rich Rebecchia moved to Ste. Genevieve from the east coast in 2011 and a year later, he had an idea to bring a top-of-the-line museum to the historic town.

His hard work is finally about to pay off with the new Ste. Genevieve Museum Learning Center opening it’s doors to the public for the first time this summer.

Rich tells us about the historic building which houses the new museum along with other features.

John Burrows is the executive director of the Ste. Genevieve Museum Learning Center.

We asked him if the museum will focus solely on local history.

The Ste. Genevieve Museum Learning Center is a not-for-profit organization and they could always use donations or volunteers.

There is an opening date set for June 27th.
