Only a Couple Local Contested Races for Republicans of Madison County in August Primary

(Fredericktown) There is not much as far as contested races goes on the Madison County Primary Election Ballot in August.
On the Republican ticket, there’s a race between Holly Rehder and Kathy Swan for the Republican nominee for state senator in the 27th District.
The winner will face Democrat Donnie Owens in November.
Three republicans are running for the District 1 commissioner’s spot in Madison County.
They are Bill Rice, Incumbent Tom Stpehens and Wade Parsely.
The winner will be unopposed in November.
Madison County residents can also vote to expand Medicaid in Missouri, plus Republicans and Democrats can vote in contested races for governor,Lt. governor & attorney general.
