Park Hills Man Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Accident in St. Francois County

(St. Louis, Mo.) A man from Park Hills was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis after being involved in a motorcycle accident Tuesday evening in St. Francois County.

The State Highway Patrol reports the accident took place on Stormy Lane at Old Orchard Road when a Honda motorcycle driven by 25-year-old Adam Maple suffered a mechanical failure which caused it to lose control.

The motorcycle then overturned and Maple was ejected.

He suffered serious injuries in the crash.
