Perryville Student Honored by Missouri Legislature

(Jefferson City) A Perryville boy, with his own challenges, recognized the need to help others and for that, he was honored by Missouri legislators this week in Jefferson City.

116th District State Representative Dale Wright of Farmington says a mission by the youngster was developed eight years ago.

The Lucas and Friends Backyard Adventure is now a reality.

State Representatives Rick Francis of Perryville and Dale Wright presented a state resolution to Lucas on the House floor on Tuesday.
