Pirates Linebacker Jung Signs With Lindenwood-Belleville

(PERRYVILLE, Mo.) – Senior linebacker Clayton Jung of the Perryville Pirates will get to fulfill one of his lifelong dreams next fall. Earlier this month, Jung signed a letter of intent to play college football at Lindenwood University-Belleville next season. Jung says this is extra special because he’s not the only person in his family to play college football.
During his senior season, Jung played at almost all positions on both the offensive and defensive line. However, he says he hopes to find a nice comfort level at the linebacker spot.
The Lindenwood Lynx football program is part of the Amercian Midwest Conference in the NAIA.
