Planned protest in DeSoto on Wednesday

(DeSoto) There is a planned protest scheduled to be held in DeSoto Wednesday afternoon. The group will be there to raise awareness for racial injustice and is the same group that recently held a protest in Festus. Police Chief Jeff McCreary doesn’t expect any problems.

The protest is scheduled to take place at 4 o’clock tomorrow (Wed) afternoon and will be held near DeSoto City Hall.
