Police Respond to Vehicle Accident Involving Pickup Truck Crashing into Entryway of Festus Gas Station

(Festus) Festus Police responded to a vehicle accident Thursday morning involving a pickup truck crashing into the front entryway at the Express Mart convenience store on West Gannon Drive in Festus.
Festus Police Chief Tim Lewis says the vehicle crashed into the convenience store after being involved in a vehicle collision at the intersection of Route A and West Gannon Drive.
According to Chief Lewis, both parties involved in the accident refused medical treatment at the scene.
The Express Mart store did close down for some time that day due to property damage.
Both drivers were not cited or charged because of the accident.
