Remember When Movie Night Saturday at Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site

(Pilot Knob) A new event will be held Saturday night at Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site.

It’s called “Remember When Movie Night” and a classic war movie will be featured outdoors under the stars.

Brian Bethel is the park administrator.

He tells us about this 1941 Warner Brothers classic film, starring Gary Cooper and Walter Brennen.

Bethel tells us a little more about the true story of Sergeant Alvin York.

Sergeant York gets underway at 8 o’clock Saturday night at Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site.

It’s free to attend and don’t forget to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
