Representative McGirl Discusses DWI Bill Passed Out of the House

(Jefferson City) The Missouri House of Representatives passed a bill this week for the Victims Impact Program regarding D.W.I. convictions.
State Representative Mike McGirl of Potosi explains.
Representative McGirl says this bill will make each and every person convicted of a D.W.I. to take part in this program.
The bill has now been sent to the Missouri Senate for its consideration.
