The funeral service will be Wednesday at noon at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
Burial will be at the Mount Pisgah Cemetery.
Visitation for Richard Shafer is Wednesday from 10:30 until noon at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
