Second Amendment Preservation Act Heads to the Senate

(Jefferson City) The Second Amendment Preservation Act has been a hot button topic for the Missouri General Assembly. District 144 representative Chris Dinkins supports the legislation and gives us an update on the bill.
There were a few representatives who had some reservations about the some wording in the bill that could hurt law enforcement who take guns in certain circumstances where it is necessary. Dinkins says that was resolved last week.
The bill will be discussed in Senate and could see some changes before making it the governor’s desk.
