Serious Injuries for Fredericktown Man after Crash in Madison County

(Fredericktown) A man from Fredericktown received serious injuries in a one vehicle accident Saturday evening in Madison County.

The Highway Patrol says the accident took place on County Road 203, a mile south of Fredericktown when a Ford Explorer driven by 40-year-old Johnny Wiggins ran off the road and struck two trees.

Wiggins was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis for treatment.
