Sheriff’s Office Investigating Stealing Cases in Jefferson County

(Jefferson County) A cell phone left unattended in plain view was stolen from a gas station in the 2600 block of Highway 141 in the Fenton area.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s office spokesman Grant Bissell says the incident happened on August 12th.
The phone is valued around $800.
Deputies are also looking into another stealing case that occurred on August 14th in the 10300 block of Dean Drive in Dittmer.
A person of interest has been identified in the case.
