Sikes Named Jefferson County Health Department Interim Executive Director

(HILLSBORO) Jefferson County Health Department Deputy Director of Agency Operations, Steven Sikes is now the agency’s Interim Executive Director. Sikes has been selected by the health department’s Board of trustees to replace Kelley Vollmar who resigned last week. Health Department Public Information Officer Brianne Zwiener says Sikes has been with the agency for a number of years.
According to Zwiener, Sikes has worked intently on the construction plans for health department’s new headquarters.
A groundbreaking ceremony on the project was held in January.
