St. Louis Residents Injured In Jefferson County Accident

(Jefferson County) Two people from St. Louis were seriously injured late last night in a traffic accident on Interstate 55 in Jefferson County.

The highway patrol says a Chevy Trailblazer driven by 24 year old Darion Murray of St. Louis was driving north when he ran off the road and hit a concrete barrier.

Both Murray and 23 year old Chloe Hayes of St. Louis were seriously injured and taken to Mercy Hospital South for treatment.

The accident happened just north of Route M.
