St. Paul Lutheran takes on Lesterville in Home Opener

The St. Paul Lutheran Giants play their first game of 2024 Tuesday evening against the Lesterville Bearcats. St. Paul’s (3-9) last outing was a 54-47 win over Kairos Charter in the Jingle Ball Tournament last week. The Giants are coached by Justin Ford, who says his team has batted adversity all season.
The 1-9 Bearcats, like St. Paul are a very young squad that is looking to turn the season around. They have not played since December 21st, when they fell to Fredericktown. Lesterville is coached by Jason McMurray, and they return key contributor Bradley Twomey. Ford gives us his scouting report on the Bearcats.
