St. Pius Junior Hannah Leftridge Is The Applebee’s Of Farmington Athlete Of The Week, Commits To Division One NC State For Volleyball

(Festus) This week’s Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week is junior Hannah Leftridge from St. Pius High School in Festus. Leftridge helped the Lancer volleyball team win two straight-set matches over Farmington and Herculaneum last week and she recently committed to Division One North Carolina State University to continue her volleyball career.

Her mother and coach, Shannon Leftridge, says the whole family is excited for Hannah.

Shannon says Hannah is a six-rotation outside player for the Lancers, but she is planning to be a libero for the Wolfpack.

Shannon says Hannah plans to get into the nursing program or become a registered dietician at NC State.

In the two wins versus Herky and Farmington, Leftridge compiled 37 kills, four aces, 14 digs and a .456 hitting percentage.

As Athlete of the Week, Leftridge will receive a t-shirt, certificate and a coupon for a free entree at Applebee’s in Farmington.
