St. Pius X High School summer projects finished just in time for the new school year
(Festus/Crystal City) Various construction and renovation projects at St. Pius X High School wrapped up just in time for staff to welcome back students at the start of the new school year.
St. Pius President Jim Lehn says it was a great summer and all the maintenance workers did a good job in putting the finishing touches on each project.
In regards to the property up for sale in front of the St. Pius campus, Lehn mentions they are still in talks with the seller; however, the owner would like to sell the property sooner than what the Archdiocese of St. Louis will allow the school to purchase it.
The property is roughly 4 acres and is for sale for more than $1.2 million.
