State Rep Rick Francis On Bollinger County Tornado

(Bollinger County) State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville is keeping a close eye on cleanup efforts underway in Bollinger County following last week’s tornado. Francis represented Bollinger County for six years before redistricting. He’s also a graduate of Woodland High School in Marble Hill. Francis says some of his family members were impacted by the twister.

There’s also another reason why this tornado hits close to home for Francis.

As cleanup efforts continue, officials are waiting to hear about state and local aid from FEMA and SEMA.
