State Rep Rick Francis On Budget

(Perryville) The Missouri House has passed and sent to the Senate a 46.5 billion dollar budget proposal. State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville says he’s happy with what they were able to put together.

The proposed budget now goes to the Senate. It’ll then end up in committee where the two sides can work out their differences. A final budget needs to be on the governor’s desk by May 5th. Hear our full interview with Francis below.
