State Rep Rick Francis Recaps Session

(Perryville) It’s been a few days since this year’s Missouri legislative session came to a close in Jefferson City. State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville says it was a very productive session for him, as he saw several pieces of legislation that he helped to sponsor make it through, including one he’s been working on for several years.

We asked Francis if there were any disappointments.

Other bills that made it through that Francis worked on include his uninsured motorists bill, a bill making Perry County a part of the German Heritage Corridor and the naming of the new Mississippi River Bridge between Perry County and Randolph County the Don Welge Memorial Bridge.
