State Representative From Farmington Explains Why He Voted For Open Enrollment School Legislation

State Representative Mike Henderson of Desloge and State Representative Mike McGirl from Potosi also voted in favor of the Open Enrollment School Bill, despite most of if not all public school administrators and school boards asking their legislators to vote against the measure.
