Ste. Genevieve Has Three Wrestlers Finish in Second Place at Recent State Championships

The Sainte Genevieve Dragons ended up with three second place finishes in the recent Missouri state wrestling tournament. Drake Meyer, Evan Winters and Jacob Schweigert of Ste. Genevieve also scored second place finishes, helping the Dragons to a fourth place finish in Class 2. Head Coach Jared Bonnell talks about reflecting on the season and what he’s taken away from it.
Coach Bonnell praised the backing he’s received from the community.
The state wrestling championships were held at the Hearnes Center Feburary 21st through the 24th at the campus of the University of Missouri.
