Steelville City Council Conducts Meeting with Social Media App

(Steelville) The Steelville City Council used a special social media app Monday to conduct their meeting.

Mayor Mike Keen says it seemed to work well.

The Steelville council voted to sell off some surplus property at the meeting.

In other news from Monday night’s Steelville City Council meeting, city employee health insurance was discussed.

A new plan needs approved sometime in June.

Mayor Keen says they have two bids but they would like one more before they make a decision.
