Sullivan Woman Injured In Boating Accident

(Crawford County) A woman has fallen injured after a boat had sunk in the Meramec River. Authorities say the gravel was sucked into the boat motor causing it to lose power. The boat then floated into a clump of roots and capsized. 62 year old Krista Skaggs of Sullivan was dealt minor injuries during the accident and was transferred to Missouri Baptist Hospital.
