Three Injured in Single Vehicle Accident in Crawford County

3 people were injured in a single vehicle accident in Crawford County early Thursday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on Rock Road, near Highway DD when 26-year old Brett Brust of Bourbon was driving eastbound in a Toyota Rav4 and ran off the road, struck an embankment, overturned, and then came to a rest upright. Brust and one of his passengers, a 3-year old juvenile received minor injuries. Another passenger, 26-year old Kailie Bess of Bourbon received moderate injuries. All three were taken to Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.
