Traffic light installation running behind at Highway 21 & 110 Intersection outside of De Soto

(De Soto) The installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Highway 21 and 110 outside of De Soto is going slower than expected.
MoDOT Engineer Stepehen O’Connor explains what is holding up road crews.
As many already know, the need for the traffic light comes highly at that intersection as it has been a trouble spot for motorists in the past.
O’Connor is hopeful the traffic light equipment will come in soon and the installation process will continue.
