(Festus) While some locally owned businesses struggled in 2020, others have been much busier than normal. The UPS Store in Festus was kept very busy throughout the pandemic with the different services they provide. Owner Jim Loeffelman says shipping never slowed and was even busier during the holiday season.

Loeffelman says some other services kept surging throughout the year.

Residents also took advantage of their mailbox services to avoid porch pirates. They also provide services such as blueprints, business cards, newsletters, letterhead, yard signs, and much more.
