West County Boys Basketball Team is Getting Strong for the Season

(Leadwood) The West County Bulldogs boys basketball team fell to New Madrid County Central in the Class 3 State Quarterfinals last season, and had a record of 16-12. Bulldogs head coach Chris Labruyere and his team spent their offseason in the weight room.
This year’s squad will feature a couple of returning players in key roles.
Coach Labruyere says that some younger players will see the court as well.
The Bulldogs have their sights set on another deep playoff run this season.
