Windsor, DeSoto set to slug it out in softball on KJFF

(DeSoto) You can hear softball for the first time this fall on KJFF when the Windsor Owls face off against the DeSoto Dragons in the Jefferson County Game of the Week Thursday.

Windsor snapped a 3-game losing streak with a dominant 23-0 win at Herculaneum Tuesday and improved back to an even 6-6.

Owls head coach Wayne Montgomery said his lineup got back in a groove and hit the ball well again.

The Dragons lost to Hillsboro on Tuesday and comes in at 2-12.

DeSoto will look to end a losing streak of its own against Windsor Thursday afternoon
