Woman from Lake St. Louis and Two Women from Benton, Illinois Injured in Auto Accident in Ste. Genevieve County

(Farmington, Mo.) A woman from Lake St. Louis and two women from Benton, Illinois were taken to Parkland Hospital in Farmington all after being involved in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon in Ste. Genevieve County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident took place on Highway 32 near Dorlac Road when a Ford Taurus driven by 29-year-old Ethan Nevins of Lake St. Louis attempted to make a left turn onto Dorlac Road and crossed into the path of a Dodge Charger driven by 36-year-old Jennifer McGuire of Benton.

That caused the front of the Charger to strike the right side of the Taurus.

McGuire sustained minor injuries while her passenger, 29-year-old Lindsay McGuire of Benton, sustained serious injuries.

Nevins did not sustain any injuries but his passenger, 28-year-old Julia Nevins of Lake St. Louis, sustained serious injuries.
