2 Viburnum Residents, 1 From Davisville Facing Drug Charges

Two Viburnum residents and a person from Davisville are all facing drug charges after being arrested in Crawford County on Wednesday by members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. According to the patrol’s arrest reports, 44-year-old Jason D. Remster of Davisville faces the felony of possession of methamphetamine. 40-year-old Robert J. Remster of Viburnum faces the felonies of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a firearm, along with the misdemeanor of possessing drug paraphernalia. 32-year-old Cheryl L. Smith of Viburnum has two felonies…possession of meth and possession of diazepam, along with the misdemeanor of possessing drug paraphernalia. No initial court date has been set yet for the three.
