43 Deaths in Crawford County from Coronavirus

(Steelville) Coronavirus cases continue to rise in Crawford County with 59 new confirmed cases reported for the week ending on August 25th.

A month ago, there were 40 new cases reported for the week ending July 23rd.

That’s was nearly double the numbers for June.

The current positivity rate for Crawford County is at 12.1-percent with only 30.5-percent of the county’s population having at least one dose of the vaccine.

Since the pandemic began, 43 people have died because of the virus.
