Amber Elliot Talks Phase 2 Reopening

(Park Hills) Phase two, of the Show-me Strong Recovery Plan, goes into effect on Tuesday opening up Missouri with no restrictions.
St Francois County Health Department Director, Amber Elliot, says phase two doesn’t change the CDC recommendations.
Elliot explains that there will be more cases but Missouri is on the right track.
She warns that while St Francois County is in a good spot, people shouldn’t get too comfortable.
Since march 22nd St. Francois County has had 49 Positive cases with 8 of those being hospitalized.
2,300 tests have been conducted that the health department is aware of.
