Arrest Made In High Ridge Wal-Mart Parking Lot Shooting Incident

(HILLSBORO, HIGH RIDGE) The person believed to be the one who fired gunshots in the parking lot of the High Ridge Walmart on Monday has been taken into custody. Tyler E. Bland of St. Louis is now in the Jefferson County Jail. Bland is charged after allegedly firing several gunshots in the parking lot, luckily no one was struck or injured in the incident. Bland is charged with Domestic Assault – 1st Degree, Assault – 1st Degree or Attempt, two counts of Armed Criminal Action, and one count of Property Damage – 2nd Degree. He is being held without bond.
