Back To School Today For Fredericktown

(Fredericktown) It was back to school today for the Fredericktown School District, after missing Monday and Tuesday because of the storms. Melanie Allen is the assistant superintendent of the district. She says it was great to see the kids back in the buildings.

Allen is originally from the Fredericktown area and she says it’s great to see how everyone is pulling together.

Attendance at some of the buildings was up over 90 percent. Over 100 residents in the area utilized the two shelters that are a part of the Fredericktown Distrct on Sunday see seek shelter from the storms.
