Blum Finishes Valle Catholic Career By Making Baseball Dream Team

(STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo.) – Tyler Blum’s baseball career with the Valle Catholic Warriors has featured many different achievements, including All-Conference and All-District honors, state championships, and a spot on the Regional Radio Baseball Dream Team. He said earning a spot on the Dream Team added to what was already a special year.
Last season, Blum created great memories during the Warriors’ state title run. He said he’ll never forget pitching for the final three outs in the championship game.
Blum is now setting his sights on a college baseball career which will begin at Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois. He said he can see a lot of similarities between his future college and his former high school.
Blum hit .426 at the plate this year, hitting three homers and driving in 30 runs.
