Board of Adjustment Defined by Desloge Board of Adjustment Chairman

(Desloge) I’m sure you have heard of the board of adjustment, usually part of city government, but what exactly are they adjusting or what do these boards actually do.

We got a chance to speak to Jason Loughary about that topic.

He’s the chairman of the Desloge Board of Adjustment.

Loughary says even after the board of adjustment has approved a particular request, that request still has to go through one more hurdle before it becomes an official change.

Loughary says the Desloge Board of Adjustment meets only about three to four times a year but he says that number of meetings could be more.

It just depends on when the services of the board adjustment are needed.
